Spacer
Description:
The spacer (a ring-shaped plate) is used when the line needs to be open and the spade (a solid circular shaped plate) is installed when the line needs to be blocked or closed.
Feature:
Spacer Rings, also known as piping spacers, are used between flanges to correct gaps or misalignment. Spacer rings are sometimes tapered and are almost always custom machined per very specific measurements.
PU Cup
Description:
VDT offers a complete line of polyurethane replacement cups for all VDT pigs. The VDT cups are direct replacements of the original cups and may be installed on most pigs supplied by others. VDT cups are manufactured in strict accordance with our quality standards and laboratory tested to assure they meet the established physical and chemical properties

Steel wire brushes are mounted on the body of the PIG to clean the internal surface of the pipeline.
